I like Bonniedaye's coaching style. I think she is a great listener and full of compassion. I also think she exudes a lot of confidence in her coaching and her focussed approach creates a safe environment for me to open up. I like that she takes charge and pulls me along when I start to wander or get distracted….she doesn't let me stray too far and pulls me back by asking pointed questions. She does a great job as well in clarifying what the issues are so I feel that she really has a good overall sense of what my issues are. She takes the time to figure this out initially so that she has a clear picture of the issues. She doesn't jump to conclusions and doesn't have an agenda. I feel that she is 100% there for me. I like Bonniedaye's practical, thoughtful and supportive approach to coaching. Jan
